  Yes, you can! We’ve completely eliminated the need for a security deposit. You don’t need to pay a deposit for any car hire in Dubai with us.
  You also don’t need to have a credit card. You can use any other payment method you prefer, including cash and crypto coins, to pay for your rental.

• Where can I pick up my rental car?

  You can pick up the car at the office or request delivery to your hotel or Dubai airport. We will meet you at any specified address, complete the contract on-site, and provide contact information for our staff in case of any questions.
  Car delivery cost:

  • Dubai: 185 / 235 AED +5% VAT (09:00-21:00 / 21:00-09:00).
  • Other emirates — upon request.

• What is the cost of additional services such as insurance and car wash?

  The cost of full insurance coverage is already included in the rental fee for any vehicle. You do not need to pay for insurance separately.

  You are fully protected against unforeseen repair costs, liability in case of an at-fault accident, or vehicle theft within Dubai and the UAE.

  The vehicle wash service is free of charge. We have our own detailing center, so before handing over any rental car in Dubai, we thoroughly prepare it.

• What is the mileage limit for the rental car?

  The included mileage varies depending on the car class, ranging from 200 to 250 kilometers per day.
  If you exceed this limit, you will be charged a fee per additional kilometer, ranging from 10 AED (approximately $2.50) to 20 AED (approximately $5.00), depending on the car class you choose.

• What is included and is not included in the rental price?

  The rental price beyond the payment for the use of the car includes: rent, insurance, manager’s services, technical support 24/7. 

  Additional charges include: gasoline, toll roads, fines, excessive mileage.

• Can I return the car at another location?

  Yes, returning a rented car at a location different from the pick-up point is possible. This service is provided for an additional fee.

  To arrange a return at an alternative location, you need to inform the manager. Provide them with the desired address, date, and approximate time for returning the vehicle.

  In Dubai, the fee for returning the car at a location different from the pick-up point is:

  • 185 UAE Dirhams + 5% VAT, if the return is made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • 235 UAE Dirhams + 5% VAT, if the return is made between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
  • Other emirates — upon request.

  Please note that when returning the car at a different location, the standard requirements for refueling the vehicle also apply.

• Can I drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in a rental car?

  Yes, you can definitely drive a rental car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. We do not restrict travel between emirates in the UAE.
  The distance from Dubai to Abu Dhabi is 130 kilometers (80 miles) one way, making a round trip of 260 kilometers (160 miles).
  Please be sure to include this mileage in your itinerary to avoid exceeding the mileage limit on your rental agreement.

• Where can you park in Dubai and how do you pay for parking?

  In Dubai, there are 11 parking zones, which differ in cost.

  How to pay for parking in Dubai?

  • Mobile app.
    You can download the RTA Dubai or Dubai Drive apps from the Play Store or App Store, register your vehicle in the app, and pay according to the instructions.
  • Parking terminals.
    Many parking areas have special machines with payment terminals that issue a parking ticket. You can pay with coins from 1 AED to 50 fils at the machine. After payment, the driver needs to attach the parking ticket to the windshield or dashboard in a visible place.
  • Pay by SMS.
    To pay for a parking spot in Dubai via a mobile operator, you’ll need a local SIM card and sufficient balance. To pay for parking, you need to send an SMS message to 7275 with your vehicle information and the number of hours in the following format: vehicle number-space-city code-hours. An additional commission of 0.30 AED will be charged for sending the message.
  • Pay via WhatsApp.
    To avoid the commission fee, you can use a similar method via WhatsApp. For this, you need to send an SMS in the same format to the number +971588009090.

  Fines ranging from 100 AED (US$27) to 1000 AED (US$270) are imposed for parking violations in Dubai.
